Request Account Deletion

To permanently delete your Mongram account and associated personal data, use one of the methods below. Deletion is irreversible.

Email us to request deletion: mongram.app@gmail.com

Method 1 — Delete in the Mongram app

Open the Mongram app on your Android device.
Go to Me → Account Setup → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.

You must be logged in to use this option.

Method 2 — Request deletion by email (no app required)

If you uninstalled the app or cannot access it, send an email to mongram.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Mongram Account Deletion Request".

Please include:

The phone number, email, or username linked to your Mongram account
Your request to permanently delete your account and associated data

We will verify your identity and respond within 15 business days.

What data will be deleted

Account profile (nickname, avatar, account identifiers)
Messages, contacts, and content linked to your account
Other personal data associated with your account, except where retention is legally required
